Payment is due as outlined in your coaching agreement. All sales are final once the program has commenced. Refund requests before the program start date are evaluated case-by-case.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resilient Body System shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved in Los Angeles County courts.
