Resilient Body System sends SMS/MMS messages including fitness coaching updates, motivational check-ins, program announcements, and promotional offers related to our coaching services.
By submitting your phone number and checking the unchecked SMS consent checkbox on our website contact form. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to opt in to receive coaching services.
Message frequency varies based on your coaching program phase. You may receive up to approximately 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Resilient Body System is not responsible for carrier charges.
