Resilient Body System offers an SMS/MMS messaging program to provide clients and prospective clients with coaching updates, appointment reminders, motivational content, program announcements, and promotional offers related to our fitness coaching services.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to opt in to SMS messaging in order to purchase or use our coaching services.
